I am not thrilled, not at all. Today I received a note from our apartment complex, it stated that yesterday two apartments were broken into and robbed in the daylight. The doors were locked and they kicked them in.
I know that nowhere is 100% safe but this really hits home for me. I am always aware of my surroundings and I am not naive but this does not help and is now giving me a little anxiety. I will no longer tell my dogs to hush when they growl or bark, even in our apartment.
Not news I wanted to hear and I am actually surprised the manager told us, they seem to keep everything to themselves, but if something happens to someone and they did not release this info there would be a lot of pissed people.
I now feel like my little world has been violated. It is sad that people do these things and even more sad that they think this is okay. I do believe the person(s) who did this, live here. Only one more year here, looking forward to moving,lol.

I am sorry to hear that! We want to be safe at least in our home. It is scare out there but we want to feel comfy at home and some awful people do not care about others properties! What is wrong with them, anyways?
