This is the Great Bay public beach in Phillipsburg, St. Maarten in the Caribbean. This was one of our ports on our cruise that we took in July, 2010. It was beautiful. The water was so nice, but a little cloudy due to all the sand being kicked up by all the water taxis coming in and out.
